US SHIPPING RATES

Shipping will be calculated at checkout for drink orders.

Drinks are excluded from the flat rate shipping offer as well as the free shipping within continental U.S.A. for orders of $150 or more (before tax).

We are not currently offering international shipping outside Canada and the United States.

Returns

Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

⚠ The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • B.E.D.s (Body Exploration Devices including vibrators, wands and any other intimate device or lubricant)

Due to the personal nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place for sanitary reasons.
