The Spot is Maude's first B.E.D. intended for internal stimulation. The Spot has 5-speed and a strong buzzy vibration. In addition, its curve allows for more pleasing stimulation of the clitoris's bulbs through your vaginal walls.

Instructions

travel mode: Your Spot will arrive in travel mode. This mode prevents the device from turning on or charging. To turn off travel mode, you need to hold the power button for 3 seconds. You will feel two quick pulses when the travel mode gets deactivated.

Hold the power button down to turn on the travel mode until you feel two quick pulses; this will indicate the travel mode is on.

 

Charging: Before its first use, charge your device for two hours. Ensure the charging plug is fully inserted into the device's port to charge your Spot. The light will fade in and out when the Spot is charging, and the light will stay bright when fully charged. When the battery is low, the indication will start blinking. Maude recommends charging your Spot fully after each use to extend the lifetime of your battery. 

 

Charging time: Between 1.5–2 hours to obtain a full charge.

Runtime: At its highest intensity, 1–1.5 hours. At its lowest intensity, 1.5–2.0 hours.


Cleaning & storage: Clean your Spot before and after every use with gentle, unscented hand soap and water or B.E.D. cleaner. Store in your Maude pouch or separately from other B.E.D. — When pleasure products of different materials touch for an extended period of time, they can damage each other. Keep away from extreme cold or heat.

 

Lubricant usage: We recommend using your Spot with water-based lubricant. Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants, as they will tarnish your silicone B.E.D. over time.

 

Water resistant: The Spot is a water-resistant vibe and can be used in the shower or bath but should not be fully submerged. Keep the charging port out of the water.

We are pleased to offer free Canada Post Expedited Parcel shipping within Canada for orders of CAD 150 or more (before tax).

For orders under CAD 150, we offer a flat shipping rates.

  2. Express (CP Xpresspost): 1 to 3 business days, CAD 15.00

Returns

Our return/exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

⚠ The following items are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:

  • Gift cards and sale items.
  • Oils,
  • Underwear, Bodysuits and Swimwear
  • B.E.D.s (Body Exploration Devices including vibrators, wands and any other intimate device or lubricant)

Due to the personal nature of these items, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place for sanitary reasons.
